DERICK FONG
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Derick Fong, Chief Executive Officer at Globeway Communications, is passionate about delivering on the best and reliable integrated communication systems. He directs the company operations and handles major projects at Globeway. He also oversees a number of other units including Alliances and Channels, Product Management and Customer Engagement and Support.
Derick holds a Master`s Degree in Business Information, from The University of East London, UK., has more than 20 years progressive related experience in various aspect in the telecommunications, Manufacturing, Financial, and Oil & Gas Industries.
DAVID CHAN
SALES DIRECTOR
Sales Director at Globeway Communications. David co-founded Globeway in 2009, and together with Derick Fong secured the Jacques Technologies Distributorship agreement for Malaysia in 2012. His vision is to deliver the best and most reliable integrated communications solutions to the growing Asian market. David works towards developing & maintaining strong partner/customer relationships. He directs the company’s sales, marketing, and business development activities while also overseeing system design proposals and pricing structures for key projects.
David began his career in sales and quickly climbed the corporate ladder taking on senior sales roles within several large companies. He has managed technical sales and business development within Malaysia and overseas. David has more than 15 years’ of experience in integrated communication systems with more than 10 years spent working alongside Jacques Technologies.
NUR AIN SYAZANA ZAINUDDIN
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ain Syazana, Account Manager at Globeway Communications. Ain has a Diploma in Business Management from MARA College and is currently pursuing a Degree in Business Management. With more than 2 years` experience in Sales and account management, she has established strong working relationships with Globeway`s clients.
She has expert knowledge of Globeway`s products and services with the ability to understand customers` needs. She is highly motivated to drive Globeway forward by developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
WONG KING MUN
HEAD OF TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Wong King Mun has a Degree in Computer Science and has been involved in the electrical and security industry for more than 10 years.
He has undertaken formal Jacques Training and is the go-to source for information on the Jacques system for all Jacques projects in Malaysia. Before working for Globeway Wong worked on many projects for a range of clients within the telecommunication and security industry. These included Petronas Malaysia, Shell Malaysia, BRT Sunway, MAS Cargo, Johor Bahru Port Authority, Nusajaya Tech Park, Telekom Data Center and the Royal Malaysia Airforce.
AZUDDIN BIN NASARUDDIN
SENIOR TECHNICAL ENGINEER
Azuddin obtained a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from UNITEN and has more than 10 years of experience in the electrical, telecommunication and security industries. Prior to this he has worked for several companies in the telecommunication and banking industries.
He has also attended Jacques Training and provides his expertise to Jacques projects across Malaysia.
SHARON LIEW
FINANCE ACCOUNT MANAGER
Sharon Liew, Finance Account Manager at Globeway Communications. Sharon manages Globeway’s finances by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analysing, verifying, and reporting financial information. She has more than 8 years’ of experience in developing/tracking budgets as well as in legal compliance in both the telecommunication and finance industries.
JENNY WONG
ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Jenny Wong, Administrative Manager at Globeway Communications. She supports operations by supervising staff while planning, organising and implementing administrative systems. She also works to maintain a safe and secure work environment at Globeway. She is in charge of updating company policy and procedures ensuring that Globeway is constantly improving the way they do business.
