Jacques IP Commercial Communications Solution provides protection from potential threats, emergencies or incidences. The system offers virtually unlimited intercom endpoints, including fire stair and lift intercom solutions and public address systems that seamlessly interface with third party devices, such as access control, CCTV, digital telephony and building management and security systems. Management, within a commercial building, utilising a Jacques IP communications system can protect assets and ensure the safety of all individuals within a complex.
Communicating to the masses is made easy with Jacques PA system, which can broadcast live and pre-recorded announcements, tones or alarms to one, multiple or all PA zones. A Jacques PA system offers a virtually unlimited number of PA zones, allowing each room or floor to have its own zone. Jacques’ IP Commercial Building Communications systems can be integrated to many current building and security management systems, CCTV, digital telephony and access control systems, thus making managing a building’s security system simple and user friendly.
BUILDING
Buildings can successfully manage the protection of patrons and property by communication through an unlimited number of audio and/or video intercom terminals, Public Address (PA) and monitoring for any potential threats via CCTV.
With the use of a Jacques Lobby Station, visitors to a building are able to call any office or resident via the directory. Once the call is established, the person inside the building can then unlock the entry door for the visitor, as well as trigger the elevator to open at the specified building floor level. This is ideal for buildings which only allow elevator access via the use of a specific ID or key card.

LIFT
The thought of getting stuck in a lift is beyond inconvenient. The Jacques IP Lift Intercom solution provides clear voice communication between any persons in the lift and the security desk or external telephone. The customisable lift intercom unit has been designed for use within many existing lift intercom faceplates.

SIP GATEWAY
SIP gateway between the IP video intercom system & SIP enabled systems/devices including IP telephony systems such as Avaya & Cisco or individual SIP devices.
CCTV CAMERA STREAMS
Third party IP CCTV camera streams can be selected & viewed on demand and in real time via the video monitor station ensuring you know who you are letting into the building.
RELAY MODULES
Configurable relay modules exist on intercom terminals to activate external equipment – control doors, boom gates, lights or signal CCTV camera presets.
FIRE STAIRS
Should a situation arise where a person becomes trapped in the fire stairs, during or after business hours, a single button intercom terminal located at each floor’s fire door allows contact with the on-site or remote security office. The communication system then allows security staff to open any fire door through remote access, monitor the stairwell via CCTV and communicate with the person via the intercom terminal(s) or the PA system.
